Refund and Cancellation Policy for Test Booking
At SRL Diagnostics, we are committed to providing you with the best possible healthcare services. We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your test booking. Below are the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by the Customer:
- Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without any penalty.
- For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 20% of the test cost will be deducted.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the scheduled appointment time or for no-shows.
- Cancellation by SRL Diagnostics:
- If SRL Diagnostics cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
- You will be notified of the cancellation via your registered contact details, and alternative arrangements may be offered based on availability.
2. Refund Policy
- Refund Process:
- Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.
- Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are applicable for cancellations made as per the terms outlined in the cancellation policy.
- In the event of technical issues or errors in billing, refunds will be processed after verification.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charge.
- Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a rescheduling fee of INR 200.
4. Exclusions
- Refunds and cancellations are not applicable for tests that involve pre-prepared kits, reagents, or procedures that have already commenced.
- Health packages or bundled test bookings are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
